The Performing Arts Medicine Association will lead a hands-on workshop at NEC, focused on the unique wellness, health care and performance needs of musicians. From vocal health, to injury prevention and peak performance, learn from leaders in the field on how to find a healthy work-life balance. Topics will be covered in a fast-paced format, with a rotating series of 30-minute sessions, so that you can tailor the afternoon to your specific interests and needs. this workshop will be led by clinicians skilled in the care of the performing artist from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Brigham and Women's Hospital, Performing Arts Physical Therapy, and the New England Conservatory of Music Health and Counseling Service.
